Visiting Seoul in Spring Season

Good day everyone, hope everything is doing well for everyone these days. From my previous blog, I've updated that I'm going to Seoul in just another 14days to go. I'm getting excited & nervous for eah day that comes nearer. I kept asking myself if I've plan well enough for this trip. Well what make me really excited is that I'll be celebrating Easter & experiencing Spring for the 1st time in Seoul, Korea. So all of u might be thinking, what's interesting in Seoul during Spring time. Let me just share one of the interesting activity & place to go in Seoul during this beatiful Spring time.

* Yunjungno Cherry Blossom Tunnel The best and most popular destination for cherry blossoms in Seoul is Yunjungno in Yeouido. Yunjungno is the road that circles the National Assembly Building; it is lined with over 1,400 cherry trees, which are around 30 to 40 years old. In early to mid-April, the 5.7 kilometer-long Yunjungno turns snowy-white with cherry blossoms, drawing over 2.5 million visitors every year. When the flowers are at their peak, some sections of the road are blocked off, making public transportation a more convenient option than driving. ☞ Transportation:

Yunjungno is only a 5-min. walk from Yeouinaru Station (Subway Line 5). To get to the 63 Building (located towards the end of Yunjungno), take Subway Line 5 to Yeouinaru Station and go out Exit #1 or #4, or go to Yeouido Station and go out Exit #5. From there you can take the free shuttle bus bound for the 63 Building.☞ More info on the Hangang Yeouido Spring Flowers Festival
